Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering customer queries
∎ Providing information about products and services     Processing orders and transactions
∎ Managing customer’s orders
∎ Handling customer’s complaints
∎ Communicating with customers with various channels
∎ Collecting customer’s feedback
∎ Attending meetings with the team Lead
∎ Following company’s policies and procedures
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management/lead.
∎ Answering customer queries
