∎ Minimum 6 months of relevant experience on customer management is preferred.
∎ Friendly, Patient, and empathetic personality is required.
∎ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under supervision.
∎ Interest in fitness, nutrition, or mindfulness is an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to inquires and comments on social media platforms.
∎ Engage with customers to promote products and convert inquiries into sales.
∎ Maintain a record of customer concerns, feedback, and other issues for follow-up and resolution.
∎ Make and receive phone calls to address customer queries or provide additional support when required.
∎ Share daily/weekly reports summarizing handled queries, issues, and potential leads or orders generated.
