∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Tobacco
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Basic knowledge on import functions (LC & shipping formalities, international trading etc.)
∎ Dispatch all necessary documents to banks related to LC /DA/CAD/TT etc. on time.
∎ Follow up and ensure collection of all Documents & services from Banks timely.
∎ Follow up and Collect cover notes from Insurance company on time.
∎ Send all documents to Insurance company and ensure Insurance Policy on time.
∎ Prepare all documents for Insurance Claim (if any) and ensure compensation timely.
∎ Prepare LC/CAD/DA related commercial files and maintain all files properly. Keep all docs necessary papers proper without any missing.
∎ Input the data of Duty (CD,RD,SD,VAT,AIT,AT) in Import Statement properly.

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
