Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update and learn new technology & share this knowledge with the third-party technician team.
∎ Repair the circuit of cooling products, AC, Refrigerators Visit & provide solutions to the customers, especially repeated & critical issues.
∎ Visit workshops frequently to monitor whether they are following the company's rules & regulations or not.
