Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Update and learn new technology & share this knowledge with the third-party technician team.
∎ Repair the circuit of cooling products, AC, and Refrigerators.
∎ Coordinate with third-party technicians to solve the product’s technical problems.
∎ Cross-check and verify the bills submitted by the third-party technicians.
∎ Visit & provide solutions to the customers, especially repeated & critical issues.
∎ Visit workshops frequently to monitor whether they are following the company's rules & regulations or not.
