Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Must have good qualifying score in AutoCAD course attended in Polytechnic Institutions or Certification vendors
∎ Training/Trade Course: AutoCAD
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), Auto CAD Drafting, AutoCAD

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Steel structure detailing
∎ Conduct structural detailing tasks and assignments accurately using prescribed tools
∎ Short listed applicants will have to pass practical autocad test (to be conducted online).
∎ Selected candidates will undergo four months of rigorous full time training on detailing tools.
∎ Due to COVID 19, training will be conducted online.
∎ Candidates must be equipped to attend online classes from home.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Good understanding for structural designing
∎ Good eye for engineering detailing
∎ Candidates having 1-2 years experience in AutoCAD are encouraged to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Stipend during training period: Tk. 5,000/month.Employment and salary will be offered only on successful completion of training.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Candidates will get 5,000 taka per month as stipend during 04 months online training from home and upon final selection after successful training will get main salary.
