Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc. Engg. in Civil / Water Resources Engineering from a reputed University. The incumbents should have sound understanding and knowledge on hydrologic and hydraulic processes.

Job Context:
∎ Division/ Unit: All
∎ Reporting To: Director of respective division/Unit
∎ Grade -- P-VII
∎ No. of Vacancies: Several

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field surveys and hydrologic/hydrometric data analysis
∎ Assist project team as directed by the Project Leader/ Team Leader
∎ Perform any other duties as per instructions from respective Directors/ Unit Heads.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience requirements:
∎ Experience is not mandatory, but some work experience in the field of water resource management / Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
∎ Commitment to serve IWM: Candidates selected must have commitment to serve IWM for at least two years.
∎ Additional requirements
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Must have a 'can-do' attitude.
∎ The incumbent must have a mindset to work in a team.
∎ Must be able to carry out multi-tasking activities and have a mindset to work under pressure.
