∎ Diploma in Engineering in Automobile or Power or Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting quarterly/yearly requirements of spare parts, lubricants, etc and ensuring adequate stock to provide on-time smooth service to the customers;
∎ Responsible for the maintenance of physical inventory in relation to control records and their accuracy;
∎ Accomplish sales targets of the spare parts & develop the new spectrum of the market;
∎ Reporting periodic spare parts sales revenue in accordance with the prescribed form;
∎ Expansion of the ‘Distributor Network’ in the best manner achieving the optimum interest of the company, customers, and beneficiaries;
∎ Provide support to the service team as and when required for prompt customer service;
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of the staff/s of spare parts stores/warehouses;
∎ Supervise the technical/mechanical team to prevent damage to machinery and equipment;
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of spare parts to customers/service team maintaining proper documentation;
∎ Planning and implementation of periodic stock reconciliation;
∎ Implementation of customer feedback survey and data interpretation;
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign staff to take care of issues;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in handling spare parts/service of Farm Machineries (Harvester, Tractor, Trailer, Power Tiller, etc.); or Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment;
∎ Must be self-driven and possess good work ethics;
∎ Must be a good team player;
∎ Skilled in MS Office Suite;
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skills;
∎ Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules;
∎ Must have a valid Motorcycle Driving License;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
