∎ We are looking for a Young, Energetic, Target Oriented, qualified and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Development department.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and persuasively pitch the best solution to the clients. A strong network in the developer and architecture industries will be highly regarded.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to check all kinds of drawings (Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, etc.)
∎ Excellent skill in using Auto CAD 2d.
∎ Experience in estimating the project work.
∎ Prepare work schedule with time & budget.
∎ Supervise work progress.
∎ Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and constructors.
∎ Prepare various monthly reports based on project work completion.
∎ Check the material quality.
∎ Prepare and update daily labor food and fortnight bill.
∎ Prepare and submit the material requisition.
∎ Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
∎ Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Have proper knowledge of Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Studio MAX, Photoshop, Illustrator & MS Office.
∎ Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be determined based on experience.
