∎ Age 20 to 27 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate PLC, Color Sorting machine, and other milling machineries to ensure target production with quality.
∎ Record regular scale report in the register's book & send these to the shift in-charge.
∎ Supervise Production, maintenance, delivery operation and explain the work to other subordinates.
∎ Properly operate & maintain the dryer & take necessary steps to solve any mechanical/electrical problems.
∎ Monitor the temperature & air pressure of the dryer, check the humidity of the inlet & outlet products. Determining the time of filling, cooling & recirculation of the dryer.
∎ Pre-Cleaning section operation and carrying out all receive and transfer operations of silos.
∎ Carry out all operations of harvest/raw paddy dryer.
∎ Monitor technical & machinery problems & solve any electrical/mechanical problem.
∎ Taking necessary steps to keep the grains stored in the silos.
∎ Report the daily work & stock.
∎ Develop & maintain all of SOPs.
∎ Candidate should be proactive and quick learner.
∎ Candidate should have excellent problem solving skills.
∎ Ready to take any given responsibilities assigned by the management.
