Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Should have knowledge about Civil works product.
∎ Ensure quality of civil work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ability to understand any kind of civil drawing, estimating and costing, final billing,
∎ Should have experience in costing, preparing bill of quantity of materials of the project.
∎ Coordination for on-time materials delivery
∎ Product / Inventory receiving.
∎ Stock Counting.
∎ Maintain General Ledger & Store Ledger (MRR & SR).
∎ Prepared MPR, MRR, SR, GP & etc.
∎ Prepared cash scroll book.
∎ Keep a record and restock the store accordingly.
∎ Ensure quality and quantity of materials.
∎ Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
∎ Set priority of work, create and provide instant site requisition based on site demand.
∎ Ensure the safety of the project.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
