Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management planing and programming and supervision of the premises.
∎ Regular communication with various tenant.
∎ Dealing with various govt. agencies as required.
∎ Strictly monitoring of entire Security system,House Keeping ,way of maintenance of total MEP system.
∎ Dealing with MEP vendors for the progress monitoring of works.
∎ Supervise and lead all maintenance progress and operations.
