Currently, we are looking for “Junior Doctor” who will work closely with Customer Service Team, Nurse Team, Production Team, QC team, Creative services, Consultants and other colleagues of TotiCell.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for arrangement of various types of CME programs, Seminars and Health Campaigns.
∎ Prepare budgets for the CME programs / seminars and prepare all informative materials in line with the Organizations objective.
∎ Coordinate CME program schedule and prepare CME agendas and minutes/reports.
∎ Work collaboratively with all supportive department to make the event successful.
∎ Manage tasks and timelines for completion of the conference, seminar, CME program, Health campaigns etc.
∎ Prepare marketing related contents and work with graphic designers to finalize the marketing materials.
∎ Work closely with digital marketing and creative services departments for preparing of various types of contents particularly on different types of treatments, patients’ awareness, situational demands etc.
∎ Solve problems and manage client’s expectations.
∎ Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carry out proper diagnosis.
∎ Brief patient about advantages of various treatment services available at TotiCell.
∎ Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
∎ Respond to patient queries and explain all procedures regarding product & services of TotiCell.
∎ Preserve all necessary documents both Hard Copy & soft copy if necessary.
∎ Will be responsible for monitoring and providing general care to patient.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
∎ Maintain liaison with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
∎ Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
∎ Any other jobs as & when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should have knowledge on arrangement of CME programs / seminars and content writing.
∎ Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills required, including ability to work well in a team environment.
∎ Candidate must be self-starter with the ability to create daily routine and stay organized while working remotely.
