∎ Currently, we are looking for "Junior Doctor" who will work closely with Customer Service Team, Nurse Team, Production Team, QC team, Consultants and other colleagues of TotiCell.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive patient on first visit, taking history, & documenting details.
∎ Respond to patients' medical problems by referring to their history, carry out proper diagnosis.
∎ Brief patient about advantages of various treatment services available at TotiCell.
∎ Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
∎ Respond to patient queries and explain all procedures regarding product & services of TotiCell.
∎ Preserve all necessary documents both Hard Copy & soft copy if necessary.
∎ Will be responsible for monitoring and providing general care to patient.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
∎ Maintain liaison with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
∎ Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by the Management time to time.
