∎ Minimum B.Sc. Engg. in Civil Engineering from a reputed University. The incumbents will have a sound understanding and knowledge of structural design concepts.

∎ Division: Design Unit
∎ Reporting To: Sr. Design Engineer, Design Unit
∎ Grade -- P-VII
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, computation, drafting and estimate of Hydraulic and other Structures
∎ Assist project team as directed by the Project Leader/ Team Leader
∎ Perform any other duties as per instructions from respective Directors/ Unit Heads.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Experience is not mandatory, but some work experience in the field of design will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates selected must have a commitment to serve IWM for at least two years.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
∎ The incumbent must have a mindset to work in a team.
∎ Must be able to carry out multi-tasking activities and have a mindset to work under pressure.
