∎ The Junior Coordinator will support Regional Coordinator in the activities of implementing new initiatives, asset management, income and cash deposit monitoring of the SHN clinics and clinic license management. The positions will report to DGM, Coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in driving the new initiatives under the regions as assigned by the supervisor in coordination with other strategic and support divisions.
∎ Provide support in updating asset list quarterly, tracking and approving replacement/ disposition plan for the assigned region.
∎ Support in monitoring income and cash deposit of clinics and outreach facilities.
∎ Support in liaising with various regulatory authorities like: DGHS, Fire, Environment and other relevant entities for licenses and approval.
∎ Frequently visit clinics to accomplish assigned tasks.
∎ Generate Financial and other reports as required.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong organizational, monitoring and work prioritization skills.
∎ Experience in sales and revenue verification.
∎ Frequent travel is a key requirement.
Salary: Negotiable
