Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Graduate In Electrical and Electronics/ Applied Physics & electronics/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Mechanical/BBA with good experience in specifically industrial field.
∎ Or equivalent combination of education and related experience/training
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate orders from customers, follow up on acquire orders, collect service feedback, analyze factors causing dissatisfaction among customer, receive invoice and customer statement of accounts.
∎ Support customer for major deals of industrial automation service and spare parts sales, analyze strength, examine inventory, review purchase order and track spare parts sales on monthly basis and most importantly monitor target achievement. Ensure follow up with dealers for collections.
∎ Study customer/sales related queries on audit requirements.
∎ Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with CEO.
∎ Prepare monthly plan based on the forecast of spare parts, emergency parts & machine servicing.
∎ Achieve sales target and approach push sales process to maintain minimum level inventory of own for consumable and emergency parts.
∎ Maintain email and telecommunication with clients regarding product support, spare parts, service and promotional offer.
∎ Prepare quotation for local sales and negotiation with clients.
∎ Cooperative with credit recovery dept. regarding collection of credit sales.
∎ Capable to handle high working load & Multi Task Ability.
∎ Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
∎ Increased spare parts market share.

∎ Preferable experience in the following business area(s): Industrial automation company, Energy Company or any other industrial sales-service oriented company.
∎ Good communication (written/ verbal) & presentation skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
