Job Context:
Pen-Pencil Architecture is looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented fresher Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in architectural design, space planning, 2D drafting, 3D visualization, and architectural presentation.
We welcome enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn, develop their technical skills, and contribute to innovative architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in architectural design, planning, and project development.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, and sections.
Work on 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
Assist with 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation materials.
Support senior architects in project documentation and design development.
Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Revise drawings and designs according to project requirements.
Maintain accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Revit, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
Understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction drawings.
Creative thinking, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
A portfolio of academic or personal projects is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Freshers are welcome.
Relevant internship or project experience will be an advantage.
