Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture, CAD Operator, Drafting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design with Auto CAD and 3D Studio max / Revit / co-ordinate with consultants, clients and contractors.
∎ Prepare professional Perspective Design.
∎ Develop detailed design, often use computer aided design (Auto CAD) software or small scale models according to direction of senior Architect/Engineer.
∎ Prepare working drawings & ensure site delivery as per the schedule of the project.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on the appropriate materials for 3D design.
∎ Experience in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ Working knowledge on RAJUK rules, drawings and ability to produce working drawings, construction detail drawings.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Creativity, Energy, sincerity and honesty.
