∎ Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural design & drawings on the basis of current RAJUK rules.
∎ Ensure total coordination between architectural, structural, electro-mechanical and other teams for intended completion of the projects.
∎ Apply innovative techniques/approaches to solve problems and adapt new technologies.
∎ Ensure that the works are executed in accordance with proper procedures, prevailing standards and that construction meets the guidelines, codes and all specifications as specified in contract documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age NA
∎ Good knowledge in modern architectural design.
∎ Must have experience to prepare 3D modeling by Max or Sketchup.
∎ Sound knowledge in RAJUK rules, drawings and ability to produce working drawings, construction detailed drawings.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Should be creative, proactive, innovative, dedicated, target oriented and a team player.
∎ Ability to handle pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Bangla.

Salary: Negotiable
