Job Context:
∎ MK Electronics is a well-reputed Company MK Electronics is looking for some candidate for the post of Jr. Architect for his corporate sales (Kitchen Appliance).
∎ We are looking for hiring An Interior Designer / Architect.
∎ Junior Architect will get the Training from Chines Trainer.
∎ Architect who will solve Customer`s Kitchen interior design related problem with excellent skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Speaking English.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
∎ Managing Kitchen design from concept development through to completion.
∎ Developing and presenting Kitchen design proposals.
∎ Understanding of the Design requirement of a Client.
∎ Adjusting Kitchen designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
∎ Identify the key features, designing risk and opportunities of the Kitchen and integrate it in to design.
∎ Manage and perform an integrated Kitchen design team (Chines team) including program scheduling, project analysis.
∎ Preparation of concept design, schematic design, detailed design and development.
∎ Preparation of presentation 2D drawings for client with 3d views and animation in Sketch up and Lumion.
∎ Must be proficient in hand-sketch, 2D and 3D drawings and modelling.
∎ Time management is a must and committed to Deadlines.
∎ Preparation of Architectural Kitchen Design and Drawings.
∎ Preparation of synchronize drawings with inputs of Structural and MEP consultant/Vendor.
∎ Preparation and update the modifications of Architectural Drawings for kitchen.
∎ Distribute and perform overall supervision of the Kitchen of various Architectural and Interior Design and Site Supervision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3D Modelling, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Graphic Designer, Microsoft Excel, and Sketch up.
