Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should possess at least Diploma in Architecture with 3-5 years of experience in construction & Real Estate Sector in similar position.
∎ Skills Required: 3D CAD, Designing, Drawing, Good command over MS Office Package
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Drawing, 3D Design, Designing, Document Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation of architectural drawings.
∎ Documentation of project brief for projects from Architects.
∎ Prepare Rajuk drawings.
∎ Prepare working drawings for buildings.
∎ Prepare finishing drawings for buildings.
∎ Prepare sketch up 3D for models
∎ Co-ordinate with site supervisor
∎ Co-ordinate with other department as required.
∎ Update weekly project progress report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years of experience in construction & Real Estate Sector in similar position.
∎ Must be a computer literate.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
