∎ Skills Required: 3d rendering, 3d Visualization, Communication, Furniture and Interior, Interior Design, project bugeting, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Architecture, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Communication, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior/ Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, Detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Drawings & Design related all Responsibility.
∎ Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
∎ Collaborates with architects, engineers to further understand how interior space should function, appear, and be furnished.
∎ Orders or obtains necessary materials, adhering to project and budget specifications.
∎ Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
∎ Ensures client satisfaction by visiting the project on completion with the client; resolves any complaints or concerns.
∎ Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing and capable of doing intensive case study.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ 3d Visualization, Drafting, Interior Design, Exterior Design.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Skills Required: Autocad, 3DS Max/SketchUp, Vray/corona/lumion render.
