Job Location : Chattogram (Ctg)

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements and client briefs.

• Prepare design drawings, working drawings, and technical details in coordination with team members.

• Prepare and coordinate 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials as required.

• Assist in the selection and specification of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture according to the approved design concept.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, site, and other relevant teams.

• Conduct site visits and provide design clarification when required.

• Ensure accuracy, coordination, and timely completion of assigned project deliverables.

• Work closely with the Design Team Lead and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
