∎ Proficient in using surveying instruments (e.g., theodolites, total stations, GPS equipment) to measure angles, distances, and elevations accurately.
∎ Ability to collect and analyze geographical data for land assessment and planning.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct field surveys to measure and map land features, boundaries, terrain, factory areas, plinth areas, and other designated locations.
∎ Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including GPS, total stations, and other instruments, for accurate data collection and analysis.
∎ Identify and determine precise locations on the current Mouza map and other legal land records.
∎ Analyze survey results and prepare detailed, accurate reports for internal use and legal compliance.
∎ Verify boundary data and legal land records to ensure compliance with legally binding documents.
∎ Maintain and update survey records, reports, and legal documentation systematically.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure survey data aligns with project requirements and legal standards.
∎ Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by management to support organizational goals.
