Export Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make load plan for CN shipping.
∎ Make shipping schedule along with CTN number of every PO.
∎ Book on GTN online portal as per customer demand 21 days before for sea shipment & 14 days before of air shipment.
∎ Create shipping document, CI,PL,SC,EXP,UT,DC,UP etc.
∎ Issue EXP from bank portal & inform to bank by mail.
∎ Create SI/SLI document and send to forwarder for every shipment.
∎ Create ISF document for every USA shipment and send to forwarder.
∎ Load PDA & Create ASN and send to customer.
∎ Prepare GSP/APTA and arrange to apply.
∎ Check & confirm every FCR & HBL to forwarder.
∎ Inform our business team if any shipment delay more the 7 days from RSD date to update In ECV.
∎ Record EXP data for PRC apply by quarterly to lean bank.
∎ Arrange yearly audit data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will have to stay in Nilphamari / Saidpur.
∎ Good knowledge about MS office program.
∎ Good interpersonal & presentation skill.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 28000 (Monthly)
