Job Context:
∎ At Renssoft Solutions Limited, we are looking for a Call Centre Jr. Executive/Executive to join our team. We would prefer a candidate with previous experience in the relevant area. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via phone call centre services while also gathering comments and notifying the customers for follow-up. Additionally, guarantee that all the other orders are fulfilled.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all patients receive the best possible service through doctor’s advice, prescription, and other fulfilling services.
∎ Follow-up Service: Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
∎ Manage online customer queries.
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
∎ Service Assurance: Communicate with the patients right after the consultation day for Feedback collection and solve the queries.
∎ Service Quality & Others: Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of experience in this field of work.
∎ Excellent command in English writing skill
∎ Strong communications skills
∎ Problem-solvingng ability
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Nice interpersonal skills
