Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Power in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
- For Jr. Executive/Executive (Boiler) position candidate should have Grade-2/Grade-1 Boiler Operator License.
Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Skills Required: Boiler Operation,Communication,Maintenance and Troubleshooting,Teamwork,Water tube Boiler Operation.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor, Control, Operate and Maintain plant equipment independently in accordance with established standard operating procedures and customer schedule.
Observe boiler and auxiliary units to identify malfunction and corrective action.
Able to understand chemical dosing systems, feed water systems, heat recovery systems and lab test reports.
Monitor boiler operating parameters such as gas pressure, fuel gas temperature, steam pressure, temperature etc. and maintain the proper log.
Coordinate with maintenance team to carry out the routine and all other maintenance work.
Capable of checking the safety system of boiler.
Monitor the water test report from Central Laboratory, take the necessary corrective action and complete the necessary documentation.
