∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin HR, Administration, General Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Mobile Accessories, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Office Management, Administration & Procurement
∎ Handle the office of BRTA, BTRC, Travel Agents and other legal issues.
∎ Prepare Requisitions, Work Orders, Comparative statements, etc.
∎ Market Survey for proper purchase, prepare statements relating to the incoming & outgoing products.
∎ Processing all types of bills with necessary approval & Keep records.
∎ Ensure the appropriate inventory control maintenance of the stock register of products.
∎ Prepare reports of Attendance, allowances, and conveyance to all the employees within the stipulated time.
∎ Prepare and disburse meeting agendas and memorandums to the concerned person.
∎ Prepare internal reporting on the performance of each department
∎ Daily working progress reports to the management, if and when required
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher management from time to time and quick response

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 31 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good analytical and Presentation skill
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under extreme stress
∎ Leadership with positive mind and thinking
