∎ MBA or PGD in SCM will get preference

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect yarn purchase requisitions from ERP/ Factory and consolidate the requirements
∎ Collect quotation/ price offer/ PI from suppliers, prepare CS and obtain approval
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Finance, Knitting & Warehouse team case by case as when necessary
∎ Maintain updated record of purchased yarn and delivery information
∎ Communicate & ensure on time delivery from suppliers as per Yarn delivery plan
∎ Maintain ERP procedures connected to Yarn procurement (Procure to Pay)
∎ Develop new sample of Yarn from existing/ new suppliers
∎ Take care of issues related to yarn quality and solve discussing with knitting department & suppliers
∎ Assist in continuously evaluating performance of suppliers and maintaining eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers who do ethical business
∎ Make data driven recommendation to management for strategic procurement
∎ Produce periodic reports showing the status of procurement against order/requisitions
∎ Any other task as assigned by the competent authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Knowledge about full SCM Cycle
