Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a vendor pool for the purchase items.
∎ Sourcing for new goods and services.
∎ Developing competitive suppliers.
∎ Floating RFQ and collection of quotations from competitive vendors.
∎ Negotiation for the best possible price.
∎ Preparing CS for Purchase.
∎ Preparing PO once CS is approved.
∎ Processing bills of payment once GRN is issued.
∎ Communicating with the vendor to resolve any dispute.
∎ Ensuring documentation related to specific purchases.
∎ Ensuring the Purchase of goods and services and other items within the deadline.
∎ Keeps the price tracking information to manage RM/PM price trends from various sources.
∎ Identification and implementation of the cost-saving strategy.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with SOP and Policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
