Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Vendor sourcing.
∎ Collect quotation from vendors / suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best price.
∎ Prepare the comparative statement and make the purchase order.
∎ Input data in ERP.
∎ Filing documentation and keep record.
∎ Purchase order preparation and getting approval from the authority.
∎ Ensure product delivery with-in right time.
∎ Process bills as per company policy.
∎ Monitor payment to the vendors.
