Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up shipment schedule with merchandisers
∎ Follow up with Factories, Buying House, Buyer, Bank, Shipping Line, Transport, C&F agent, Forwarder & others related organizations strongly for sea & air shipment for on time delivery
∎ Ensure space booking through online or manually and h/o the consignment with accurate documents to forwarder
∎ Issue EXP from bank and prepare final Invoice, Packing List, BL draft, Beneficiary Certificate, Bill of Exchange etc.
∎ Follow up concern persons for organizing export documents like UD, BL, REX, CO, SAFTA, AFTA etc.
∎ Collect IC from Buying House, CNF certificate from bank on time
∎ Collect courier details from Bank & forward to buying house or direct overseas via mail
∎ Data entry of shipment in ERP and register, in hand on time
∎ Provide shipping documents to respective buyer and buying house on time as well as submission to bank on time for proceeds realization
∎ Check Transport Bill, CNF bill on time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills
∎ Comfortable with multitasking
∎ Sound working knowledge on MS Office Package
Salary: Negotiable
