Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Head Office (Gulshan-02)
∎ Navana Engineering Limited (NEL) is one of the most advanced Plastics, uPVC Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing & trading company in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process all incoming sales orders through Oracle-ERP-software system.
∎ Coordination with sales team and provide service according to their demand and process all sales orders and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
∎ Manage high volumes of emails corresponding.
∎ Prepare, update & Maintain sales & customer record precisely.
∎ Monitor monthly/Yearly credit limit for day to day sales orders.
∎ Verify all order line & prepare order reports on everyday basis and respond to all inquiries for all sales order status and resolve all customer issues.
∎ Ensure compliance and business policies and administer to open all sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
∎ Design financial package for all orders and resolve all outstanding issues in coordination with management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with Oracle-ERP (EBS) software.
∎ Strong communication and persuasion skills
∎ Reporting and Analytical Capabilities.
∎ Knowledge of MS office (especially advance level in MS Excel) & Internet browsing.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
