∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Flexible shifts scheduling (Morning & Evening)
∎ Shift includes Friday and other Holidays
∎ On demand attendance in critical/ disastrous situations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers complaints and queries through phone calls and emails
∎ Physical Support and Support over-phone regarding Internet & Data Bandwidth, IP Telephony Services, Operating Systems, Networking, Internet, Service Usage etc
∎ Follow-up Trouble Tickets, Identify customer's needs, Clarify information, Resolve Customer Complaints and co-ordinate related departments for quick resolution to the Customer's Problem
∎ Manage Customers Accounts and Support Log
∎ Prepare and distribute activity reports to superiors
∎ Ability to work effectively with a Team under the supervision and instruction of the Head of Department

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge on Computer Hardware, Internet, Networking, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.)
∎ Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Familiarity with CRM/Ticketing systems and practices
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Adaptability, team work & organizational skill
∎ Stress tolerance and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
