∎ Candidate with advance certification on Supply Chain Management will get preference

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food (Packaged)Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development of the category strategies and lead sourcing plans and the implementation of those strategies
∎ Contribute to team objectives such as long-term cost saving initiatives & efficiencies
∎ Design sourcing plans and deliver those strategies directly or indirectly as business requires. Balances the business needs, company risk and supply market capability to determine the optimum route to deliver maximum value
∎ Take on procurement category management responsibilities, develop an efficient and balanced supplier base, build good business relationships, and drive supplier performance by using appropriate metrics and scorecards
∎ Resolve supplier issues and ensure appropriate supplier management
∎ Ensure that all regional procurement policies and procedures are adhered locally
∎ Oversee the contracting process including administration, archiving and post-execution
∎ Continually innovate and develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function
∎ Use SAP system in managing the purchase order
∎ Collecting Pro-forma Invoice from supplier as per PRQ and checking before finalization (Incoterms, Origin, Port of Loading & Destination, specially Product's HS CODE)
∎ Complete all types of LC/ LCA opening formalities. (Mostly At Sight)
∎ Follow up shipment against LC and pursue suppliers to delivery on time
∎ Tracking, endorsing, and releasing shipping documents
∎ Maintain relation with supplier, C&F agents, Freight Forwarders & Transport agency for sea/air/road shipments (Chattagram, Dhaka airport, Benapole) for ensuring safe arrival of the consignment to factory
∎ In time work delivery at every stage to avoid every single way of incurring demur-rage
∎ Push C&F agents for Quick & Accurate Assessment
∎ Duty Requisition collection from C&F agent
∎ Asking Finance to prepare Pay Order as per BE
∎ Preparing the fund requisition for documents retirements from the bank, Duty pending from the Finance & Accounts and margin due to open the L/C
∎ Verify-Forward-Follow up the bills of insurance companies,freight forwarders, C&F agents and Transport agencies to Finance & Accounts Department on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience candidate in food industry will get preference.
∎ Good knowledge of import/export procedure
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Proficiency in using SAP software
∎ advance in MS Excel.
∎ Good Proficiency in English
