Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed public institute. (Graduation from a reputed public/private institute will be an added advantage)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department - Project Operations
∎ Type of Employment - Contractual

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full time close construction work supervision of particular assigned project
∎ Checking and ensuring the quality materials before use & control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works
∎ To check level & alignment of all types of formwork. When concreting is in progress to observe the formwork to check & control movement
∎ To check reinforcement against drawing and must be carried out prior to the erection of any formwork and concreting
∎ To attend during concreting & to ensure that the workmanship is satisfactory
∎ To ensure the general discipline such as the curing, formwork, removing the formwork & protection of concrete and safe conditions are maintained
∎ To control, check and ensure the curing of concrete, brick works, plaster surface, tiles etc.
∎ Any other project related job to be assigned in written by the PM/ED(O)
∎ Make sure materials (sand, brick, stone chips etc. are cleaned and or wash properly before use
∎ Always keep the construction sites clean. Make sure that materials (bricks, wood, pieces of rod etc.) are not scattered to & fro
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-10 Years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the concerned industry
