∎ Age 24 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate PLC, Color Sorting machine, and other milling machineries to ensure target production with quality.
∎ Supervise Production, maintenance, delivery operation and explain the work to other subordinates.
∎ In case of any problems/errors in the machines, necessary action should be taken immediately & Shift In-charge should be informed.
∎ Monitor technical & machinery problems & solve the issues with maintenance team.
∎ To carry out any work related to production & maintenance properly under the direction of the Superior.
∎ Develop & maintain all of SOPs. Operate Boiler, WTP & ETP.
∎ Maintenance furnace & steam drum.
∎ Do all schedule maintenance works with maintenance team.
∎ Check & monitor the all machineries under boiler & utility department.
∎ Maintain the daily log sheet & register book and report accordingly.
∎ Keep the records of Jobs daily.
