Educational Requirements:
∎ Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering from reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Auto CAD Designing, Civil Engineering, Knit garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of basic civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, pile work, form work, foundation, building construction, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Physical Inspection of the Project Area.
∎ Budget Preparation, Preparation of Bill & BOQ.
∎ Distribution of works to Contractor's manpower & Cleaning and proper stacking of materials.
∎ Introduction of projects to clients
∎ Preparation of Technical Drawing
∎ Technical clarification in details
∎ Cost estimation of modification works.
∎ Optimal use of materials by ensuring effective management & Wastage control.
∎ Wastage Minimization/Reuse Materials/Transfer unused materials to other projects..
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
∎ Ensure safety guideline to workers.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition and Material Receiving Report
∎ Physical verification of materials & Regularly testing of materials.
∎ Detailed Scheduling of works
∎ Report to Management time to time.

∎ Age at least 35 years
