∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learning, new concepts, and tools and keeping updated.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating architectural visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations.
∎ Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors.
∎ Collaborating with team members to create captivating imagery that conveys design vision and storytelling.
∎ Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library, project database and tracking
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team.
