Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Any other professional qualification would be regarded as added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Good Communication Skill in Both English Bengali, Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D CAD, 3D Media (3D Studio Max), Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Building Interior, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design development, and devise lay out of exterior and interior of in store design, evaluate the design, product assortment plan of the store with the management. Review the plan with line manager & further approval process from Management.
∎ Regular Participation in team meetings of the management throughout projects/new ventures and clearly communicate expectations/next steps.
∎ Working on design of all project phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents
∎ Continuously work on project manuals and specifications, check for scope of any updates and additions.
∎ Perform on-site observations and produce reports for the management.
∎ Build and maintain favorable working relationships with material supplier, contractors and other team members.
∎ Conducts site surveys, code research, and site observation during construction
∎ Support all Engineering related issues that raises in store and fix the issues within shortest possible time
∎ Continuous communication with land owners, utility service providers, internet service providers, local security forces for any other issue that is to be resolved instantly.
∎ Manage deadlines and associated team efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
∎ Develops complete set of construction documents including plans, elevations, details and sections
∎ Over-all project management of the design process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent is expected to be experienced with retail store operation, handling in house design, and decorations, lay out plans of store interior, exterior activity for Minimum years.
∎ Adequate knowledge on Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator. Knowledge on Architecture related software is a must.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The selected candidate will be offered industry standard remuneration package along with other benefit as per company policy
