Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc or Diploma in Architecture/ Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a very good understanding of highly detailed Interior Design.
∎ Capable of preparing detailed working drawings by using AutoCAD and Revit.
∎ To be experienced in Autodesk Revit for 3D and BIM Modeling for all disciplines.
∎ To be experienced in delivering 3D visualizations/renderings.
∎ Professional experience in Interior construction methodology and different materials.
∎ Experienced in developing and reviewing detailed working drawings and ID Shop Drawings.
∎ To be experienced in preparing BOQ and SOQ for all disciplines.
∎ Preparing drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
∎ To make on-site visits to check the project status and Construction progress in line with the design intent and target.
∎ Experienced in managing the submittal and RFI response process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Visualization, Detailed Drawing, Fluency in English.
