Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
∎ Diploma Architect with minimum 1 year Professional Experience can apply.
∎ Fresh Graduate Architect are encouraged to apply.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Membership with Professional Body
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Autocad 2d, LUMION, Revit, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3d Visualization, Architectural Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop architectural plan of residential and commercial building keeping in mind client’s needs and building’s usage.
∎ Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and working drawings.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out as per BNBC 2020 guidelines and other national & international standards.
∎ Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be conversant with 3D Rendering using 3Ds Max/Lumion/Sketchup/Revit.
Salary: Negotiable
