Education:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficient in architectural tools including AutoCAD, SketchU, Lumion, Enscape.
∎ Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
∎ Assist in the development of SketchUp models for conceptual and presentation purposes.
∎ Support in preparing conceptual designs under the guidance of the lead architect.
∎ Generate 3D views base on modified drawings.
∎ Contribute to finalizing and formatting authority submission drawings in compliance with local regulations (e.g., RAJUK/CDA/KDA/BDA).
∎ Organize and maintain project files, drawing logs, and revisions.
∎ Coordinate with design team members for consistent and timely project delivery.
∎ Assist in creating architectural presentation boards, layout sheets, and 3D views.
∎ Support during site visits (if required) to understand practical implementation of designs.
