Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Japanese language training curriculum tailored to the needs of Bangladeshi learners.
∎ Plan and deliver engaging and interactive language lessons, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises.
∎ Utilize various instructional methodologies and materials to cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
∎ Assess learners' language abilities and track their progress through regular evaluations and assessments.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners, addressing areas for improvement and reinforcing strengths.
∎ Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and cultural understanding.
∎ Incorporate authentic materials, such as audio, video, and reading materials, to expose learners to real-world Japanese language usage.
∎ Stay updated on current trends and developments in Japanese language teaching methodologies and resources.
∎ Foster a positive and motivating learning atmosphere, promoting enthusiasm and dedication among learners.
