IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot all secondary sales related activities and ensure that they are running as planned
∎ Ensure that any unexpected absence of a computer operator at distribution point does not hamper the daily activities of that point
∎ Ensure all Bonus, Price and other promotional activities running and update as per given schedule by Business
∎ Supervise random stock counts at distribution point, and ensure that the stock is up-to-date
∎ Ensure all in bound and out bound data synchronized as per schedule
∎ Monitor database (Including backup) of all running database at Distributor Point and HO
∎ Respond to breakdowns and investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults
∎ Talk to customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
∎ Be prepared to give support at any time of the day, and work at field level for most of the time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good memory of how software and operating systems work.
∎ Excellent listening and questioning skills.
∎ Combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
∎ Ability to work well in a team.
∎ Must have problem solving skills.
∎ Ability to give strong customer focus.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 18000 (Monthly)
