Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or Equivalent.
∎ CCNA certification will be a plus
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, Maintenance & Configuration all of the Surveillance System (IP Cameras, DVRs, NVRs), and access control system;
∎ Inter-networking concepts and able to manage all of the office IT system (LAN, Wi-Fi, APs, NAS, UCM Server etc.);
∎ Have to provide all types of IT support to the office colleagues & customers, also shall possess troubleshooting knowledge of IT Equipment's (like: Printers, Switch, Router, IP Phone, Video Conferencing System, Desktop Computers, Laptops & system in used);
∎ Experience in creating good interpersonal skills on office IT, user support and reporting to the Supervisor time to time;
∎ Basic knowledge on endpoint security solutions, Firewall, LAN, Switching, Data backup, Microsoft Cloud Solutions, outlook, mail system, Optical network, IT security etc;
∎ Diagnosis and resolving skills of hardware, software and network/connectivity problems;
∎ Should have strong communication skill and maintain a good rapport with colleagues & customers;
∎ Configuring new laptops and desktops;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with fixed deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Able to work with team spirit.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure.
