Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
∎ Master’s degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the team, operational planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
∎ Managing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all OT systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
∎ Working with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
∎ Managing financial aspects of the Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
∎ Developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for the department spending and initiatives.
∎ Developing and implementing all IT/OT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
∎ Driving to develop and adopt of technologies in the plant that improve sustainability and operational capability.
∎ Implementing cyber security activities appropriate for control systems environments, evolve control systems architectures to a more defensible posture.
∎ Having knowledge of tools and technologies used for industrial control systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience managing and leading teams
∎ Experience with operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
∎ Fundamental understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols (For example: TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc.)
∎ Experience in control systems design, implementation or maintenance;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English;
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal and leadership skills;
∎ Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
∎ Strong understanding of project management principles.
∎ Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
