Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capture & verify the customer/sellers faced issue and to escalate to relevant responsible team/POC.
∎ Communicate with the customer/seller about raised issue with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance Daraz brand image.
∎ Arranging the resolutions by coordinating with different operational or responsible team to solve the customers/seller’s issues within the SLA.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
