Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor's degree in a technical field (occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science or engineering or equivalent) preferred.
∎ 5+ years experience in running independently ISO/QMS as a lead auditor in a multi-national manufacturing organization.
∎ Experience in facing all certification audits
∎ Rotogravure / Flexo, Offset printing experience will be an advantage.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple and concise manner.
∎ Responsible for continuous up-gradation of quality management systems (QMS) for better control and compliance.
∎ Ensure compilation of all KPI's and report to the management team on the performance of the quality management system.
∎ Support and improve the Quality Management System
∎ Support external certification activities and audits from notified bodies
∎ Assume responsibility for all compliance activities for the group through audits, reporting, incident tracking and investigation.
∎ Lead the development and delivery of QMS training programs and ensure personnel have received appropriate training and are assessed as competent to perform tasks.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly management reports relating to company systems, compliance and incidents.
∎ Maintain the company library of compliance resources including standards.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
